Safari Atlas Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Safari Atlas account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how to submit a request and what happens to your data.
Overview
Safari Atlas lets you explore destinations, save places, plan trips, and send inquiries to travel partners. If you no longer want to use Safari Atlas, you may request that we delete your account and associated data.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your Safari Atlas account and associated data:
- Send an email to reply@safariatlas.ai.
- Use the subject line: Delete my Safari Atlas account
- Include the email address you used to sign in to Safari Atlas so we can verify your account.
We will verify your request and respond within a reasonable time.
What we delete
When your deletion request is processed, Safari Atlas will delete or anonymize account-linked data, including:
- Profile — your account details such as name, email, and username
- Saved places — places you saved to My Trip or your trip basket
- Saved trips — trip plans and related planning data
- Journey data — journey drafts, dates, notes, and place selections
- Inquiry data — messages and trip details sent to travel partners
Data we may retain
Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment, or tax purposes. Retained data is limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
